Krishna Bhattarai, Ph.D., is an assistant professor of breeding for controlled environment at the Texas A&M AgriLife Research and Extension Center at Dallas and Department of Horticultural Sciences. Research goal of controlled environment breeding program is to develop new cultivars of horticultural crops and advance breeding through genetic and genomic resources. Areas of research interest of the program are:
