Luis CisnerosDr. Cisneros earned his Bachelor of Science and Engineering degree in Food Industries Engineering from the National Agrarian University – La Molina (UNALM) in Lima, Peru in 1988. In 1988 he joined the Department of Food Engineering (UNALM) as an instructor. He received his M.S. degree (1995) and Ph.D. degree (1998) in Food Science from the University of California at Davis. He became a member of the faculty at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas in 1998.
